Amy E. Chase, age 67, of Potsdam, NY passed away on January 8, 2026 at the Canton Potsdam Hospital. Arrangements for cremation are with the Garner Funeral Service. Among Amy's survivors are her husband Ralph Monroe, her daughter Sara Chase, her sons Daniel Chase and Richard Chase, her daughter in law Melinda Chase and her granddaughters Addison Chase and Makenna Chase.
