The Budelmann family (Ben, Scott, Mike & Kevin) are so sad of your loss.  Ben worked with Mary Jo at Corning, we knew Rod because of our mutual interest in horses, and two of our sons biked with Jonathan.  We have fond memories of our friendships- memories never leave us.

So sorry to hear of cousin Mary Jo's passing.  I have many memories of Mary Jo in our younger years.  Sending our deepest sympathy to the Murray and Baxter families.  In our thoughts and prayers.

What wonderful memories of your Mom and Dad I have over many years...potluck dinners where your Mother brought the best fresh fruit salads, Christmas hymn sings and visiting them at their Higley home as well as at your place  and water skiing! My condolences to the family. I worked at Corning for many years with Mary Jo.  She interviewed me when I was first hired there. She was a strong, smart and dedicated person. If there was an important project or work committee she was always selected to be a part of it. Her efforts were a large part of Corning's success and helped to save the plant during during some difficult times. More importantly, she a was a good person and will be sadly missed.


Such a strong, kind person.  I can hear her voice now.  I like to think of Rod welcoming her now with that warm smile and twinkle in his eyes.  My warmest thoughts to her whole family.  Much love.

I was blessed to work with Mary Jo at Corning and she was the smartest, kindest and sweetest person to work with.  She truly cared for the people that worked for her and always went above and beyond.
She is the reason why my family has always had border collie dogs.  When I was looking to get a dog for my family, she strongly suggested that I get a border collie.  She stated that she has had border collies and that she and her family loved them.  Thanks to her, my family has now had 3 border collies that we have loved dearly.
You will be greatly missed.

Mary Jo and I were best friends in high school graduating in 1967 from Potsdam Central.  We had a great group of friends and spent much time together. I was at the Baxter home a lot, Fran, Fred and Tommy were like family to me. I stood up for Mary Jo when she and Rod got married and they stood up for Terry and I when we got married. Over the years we did not see each other much but when we did we caught up on grandchildren and children.  Memories flow when I think back, can’t take those away. Rest in piece Mary Jo, you and Rod are together again!

So devastating to read of MJ's passing. She was one of the strongest, passionate women I know. No matter the problem or challenges I knew she could help me thru. Such a role model💔.  Jonathan & family & Lizzie I am so heartbroken & I am sure there is a special place in heaven for her.
