Mr. Patrick McGee

Mr. Patrick T. McGee, age 64 of Ogdensburg and formerly of Potsdam, NY passed away at the Ogdensburg IFC on Sunday, April 10, 2016. Arrangements are with the Garner Funeral Service. On line condolences can be shared @www.garnerfh.com. Services and burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery will be private at a date and time yet to be determined. Patrick is survived by his brothers Michael (Elaine) McGee of Waddington, NY and Christopher (Bonnie) McGee of Parishville, NY; sisters Kathleen Willis of Kerrville, TX, Theresa (Steve) Farkas of Simi Valley, CA and Mary Jean McGee of Colton, NY and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Raymond and Ruth, a brother Timothy McGee, a sister Judith McGee and a sister in law Mary McGee.

Patrick was born on December 30, 1951 in Potsdam, NY to the late Raymond J. and Ruth Arnold McGee. Patrick was a very kind and funny man. He was always good for a laugh and quick to engage all in a conversation. He certainly enjoyed his time with all of the nurses who helped him throughout his life. He enjoyed painting and drawing and also was pretty good with his many guitars. He had a real love of music, especially Elvis. He also had a great joy for Superheroes with Spiderman being his favorite. Patrick was a fun loving man and surely will be missed. The McGee family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staffs at the Morristown and Ogdensburg ICF houses for their great care of Patrick over the years.
