Carolyn Myers

Carolyn Robinson Myers, 76, of Prattville, AL, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025. Born in Selma, Alabama, on December 31, 1948, she was the beloved daughter of John Ernest Robinson and Frances Irene Fails.

At just 18 years old, Carolyn married the love of her life, Charles F. Myers, and together they built a beautiful life filled with love and family. She was a devoted mother to three beautiful daughters, Beverly, Andrea, and Christi, and took immense pride in her role as a grandmother and great-grandmother.

A woman of deep faith, Carolyn served as church treasurer and financial secretary for 19 years, demonstrating her dedication and service to her community. Her kindness, integrity, and unwavering love for her family and friends will always be remembered.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Charles; her daughters, Beverly (Kevin) Sanford of Chesterfield, VA, Andrea (Paul) Evans of Augusta, GA, and Christi Conner of Chesterfield, VA; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her siblings, Dianne (Mike) Chandler of Plantersville, AL, Johnny (Judy) Robinson of Valley Grande, AL, and David (Cindy) Robinson of Loxley, AL, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Carolyn’s life will be held at Ridout’s Funeral Home in Prattville, AL, on Sunday, February 16. A viewing will take place from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, followed by the service at 3:00 PM.

Carolyn’s legacy of love, faith, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
