Danny Lee Cassidy

Danny Lee Cassidy, 63, of Autaugaville, Alabama, passed away March 19, 2022. He is preceded in death by his father, William Joseph Cassidy Sr. and brother, Jeffrey Allen Cassidy and sister in law, Belinda Sharit Cassidy. He is survived by his wife, Belinda Staver Cassidy; children, Danny Lee Cassidy, Jr., Robert DeWayne Cassidy (Tiffany) and Stephen Joel Cassidy, Anthony Rayburn, Felicia Nichole Quinn, Jeremy Joel Plyler, Arron George Staver (Abbey); mother, Helen Jean Roberts Cassidy; brothers William Joseph Cassidy Sr. (Darlene) and Anthony Glenn Cassidy (Donna). He is also survived by his grandchildren, McKenzie Cassidy, Everett Cassidy, Henry Cassidy and Stella Cassidy, Carys Plyler, Lindly Plyler, Gavin Cassidy and Surayah Cassidy and various niece and nephews. He is also survived by his beloved dog Sadie Girl.

Danny retired a Signal Inspector from CSX Railroad. He was professional Upland Bird guide. He loved his family dearly, cooking, entertaining, fisherman, boater and ballroom dancing. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

A visitation for Danny will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel, 347 East Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067. A funeral service will occur Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel. Burial will follow at Rocky Hill Cemetery in Augautaville, Alabama.
