DeRAMUS, Eula Mae “Boots”, 73, a resident of Prattville, AL passed away Sunday, August 07, 2011. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Helen Trott and a grandson, Brandon McDonald DeRamus. Survivors include her husband, Melvin E. “Buddy” DeRamus; two sons, Randy Chitwood and partner, Ted Finn, Ronnie (Tonya) DeRamus; one daughter, Dianne (Tim) Lolley; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother, William Larry Williams; a devoted niece, Glenda R. Culpepper and other family members. Mrs. DeRamus was a long time member of Bethesda Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 11:00 AM from Ridout’s Prattville Chapel with Rev. Terry Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Bethesda Baptist Church Cemetery, Independence, AL. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 9:00 AM until service time. The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to The American Heart Association.
