James Woodrow Bolt, 80, of Prattville, Alabama, passed away December 7, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Grady Bolt; mother, Rhoda Lee Bolt; brothers, Harold Bolt, Perry Bolt,Jerry Bolt and Jackie Bolt. He is survived by wife Margie Bolt; children, Regina Mims (Michael) and James (Jimmy) Bolt (Joy); grandchildren, Michael Mims Jr., Stephen Bolt, Sarah Bolt and Trent Bolt.
James loved his family. He was married to Margie for 52 years. He was a plumber for 60 years. He was an active member of Autauga Heights Baptist Church until his stroke on March 13, 2020. He loved to play his guitar and sing. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
A funeral service for James will be Sunday, December 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Ridouts Prattville Chapel with the visitation from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Oakhill Cemetery in Prattville, Alabama.
