James Leo Hubbard, 79, of Billingsley, passed away June 28, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Roberta Hubbard. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ann Donahoo Hubbard; children, Lane Hubbard (Lisa), Brad Hubbard (Kelly) and Thomas Hubbard; grandchildren, Slade Hubbard (Kim), Ashley Giles (Brandon), Macie Hubbard, Brittany Penny (Shaffer), Brooke Hubbard (Angela), Brandi Elrod (Kendall) and 6 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Peggy Wood, Betty Jay; brothers, John Hubbard and Ike Hubbard.
Mr. Hubbard was a long time salesman in the furniture business. He was an avid Alabama fan and a Vietnam Veteran. Mr. Hubbard loved his family deeply and will be dearly missed.
Services for Mr. Hubbard will be Monday, July 3, 2023 at First Baptist Posey Crossroads at 11:00 AM with the visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Alabama National Cemetery.
