Jordan, Joan Elaine a resident of Millbrook, Al passed away Saturday June 10, 2017. she was preceded in death by her husband: Carl M. Jordan, Sr. her parents: Bill & Louise Crowder and a sister: Elizabeth Arlene Hayden. She is survived by her children: Carla Thornton (Chuck), Carl Jordan, Jr. (Patches). A special family friends and caregivers: Leigh Ann Roberts and Joshua Roberts. Grandchildren: John R. Valentine, Andrew T. Ledyard, Brandi E. Ledyard, Amanda J. Blanchette, Aspin Miller. Great Grandchildren: John Riley Valentine, Jr., Jude Reed, Aubrey Ledyard, Carlin Ledyard, Brody Ledyard, Jase Bearden and Addie Blanchette. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday June 14th at Ridout's Prattville Chapel at 11:00 am burial will follow at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL at 2:45 pm. Visitation will be at Ridout's Prattville Chapel Tuesday June 13th from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Amedysus Hospice Staff: Craig Fraley, Shelia Wingo and LaTerisa Blackmon, Dr. Avery and staff, the Montgomery Cancer Center Donna, Jamie and Pam.
