Landon Reece Young

Landon was a loving son to Dennis and Kristi Young; big brother to Noah Young; grandson to Bernie and Lynda Murdick, Fred and Noreen Young; nephew; cousin; jokester; stunt man; speedskater; crew member; bridge-man; pile driver; red seal welder and a great friend to so many people. Truly loved nature, taking pictures of rainbows, sunsets, selfies with sunshine shining down on you. We believe your first taste for nature started when, at 1 month old, your dad ratchet strapped your car seat to the front of the quad and you would go for a quad ride to the river. Many years hunting and fishing with grandpa. Your love for vehicles came at a young age, driving your little yellow car to mama’s for tea every morning. Waiting by the window for your dad or grandpa to pick you up with the loader to clear snow.

In your short life you touched so many people’s hearts, always made people laugh and smile. You were a hard worker, a good mentor to new tradesmen on how to work hard. Always a call away to anyone who needed help.

May the sun always warm the hearts of people you touched, may we find you one day at the end of the rainbow, may people think of you when they watch the beautiful sunsets.

Left behind too many family and friends to grieve this tragic loss. Death took you away from our hands but never away from our hearts. You lived life fast and to the fullest.
