Myrna Bernece Paice

With heavy hearts we sadly announce the passing of Myrna Bernece Paice on March11, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. Survived by her devoted husband and best friend of 50 years Reg; daughters Cherrie Paice, Carla (Gordie) Hamborg; Bob (Dawn) Paice all of Prince George. Grandchildren, Aaron (Amy) Brevick, Jason, Robbie and Madison Hamborg, Bryan and Tyler Paice; great grandson and the apple of grandma's eye, Colby Hirsch; siblings, Wes (Peg) Phillips of Blackfald, Ab, Doreen (Tom) Ford of Williams Lake, BC, Khonny Anderson of Prince George, BC, Norm (Nicole) Phillips of Calgary, Ab, Cindy (Earl) Read of Prince George, BC. Myrna was also survived by many other family members and friends. Predeceased by her father Gerald Phillips, her mother Berniece Phillips and her beautiful granddaughter Amy Brevick. Special thank you to Auntie Doreen for her round the clock care of mom during her stay at the Hospice House. Mom was so happy and grateful to have you there day and night holding her hand. Also to Auntie Cindy, mom loved your daily visits and she found comfort in your talks and even on the days she slept...she knew you were there. To the Hospice House staff and volunteers, words cannot describe how thankful we are to every single one of you. The care and love given to mom and our family for the three weeks we spent there is indescribable. You all will be nestled in our hearts forever. No service by request. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Prince George Hospice Society. Mom and Amy are now hand in hand double bouncing from cloud to cloud watching over all of us.
