Ronald James Albert Sherman

Ron was born April 21st 1942, growing up on an airstrip and quickly building a love for flying. A career in Toronto as a military police officer before moving to Manitoba and beginning his apprenticeship as a millwright. Ron and his family ultimately moved out to Mackenzie and still maintain a vibrant family community within the provinces of western Canada.

Ron enjoyed aircraft , war history, reading being a constant hobby but more so Ron enjoyed spending time with family, telling jokes and heartfelt stories.

Ron is survived by his loving wife, Barbara, daughters Ellen and Lori (Monty), sons Stephen (Laurie) and David (Jen), brothers Rick (Kay), Paul (Laureen), Kevin (Wendy) and sisters Linda , Cathy (Pierre), Holly (Bert). Ron is survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents and two brothers,Terry and Skip, and predeceased by two grandsons Leslie David Avery and Stephen James Sherman.
