Steve was born in Quesnel, BC on Tuesday March 9, 1976, baby brother to sister Lea (Adrienne) Felker.
He was a very busy, as well as somewhat mischievous, little boy when he was growing up and thankfully loved sports and was able to get rid of some of his over abundance of energy by being physically active. He played hockey and soccer, loved downhill skiing, and loved riding his BMX bike in the summer and sledding and skating in the winter. As he got older he loved music , especially KISS which drove his mom crazy as he would listen to it as loud as he could. He also loved collecting comic books and sports cards.
Steve and his mom moved to Prince George in August 1992 where he lived most of his adult life. He worked at various jobs throughout his years mostly as a labourer, and had recently started working as a carpenter's helper with the Friendship Centre three weeks before his passing.
He was a good dad and deeply loved his children; his little kids Adrienne (5) and Anthony (10) , and his big kids Max (15), Shakira (17) and Micheal (27). He also loved and watched over his now grown nephews Nicholas and Dylan.
Steve also leaves behind to mourn his passing his girlfriend, Corie; mom, Barb; stepdad, Jim; cousin, Sheryl; many cousins, aunts and uncles; and numerous friends.
