Jackie "Jack" D. Jackson Sr.

Born February 9, 1954 in Isaban, WV, he was the son of the late Jack Jackson and JoAnn Jackson of Princeton, WV.

Jackie “Jack” was a State Farm Insurance Agent for the past 30 years and a former mine foreman for 13 years. Graduate of Bluefield State College. He was a member of Christian Fellowship Chapel in Princeton.

In addition to his father, Jackie “Jack” is preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Ray and Larry Gene Jackson.

Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Sheila L. Jackson of Princeton; three sons, Dan White and wife Melissa of Princeton, WV; Russell White and wife Andrea; Jackie Jackson, Jr. of Columbus, OH; eight grandchildren, Destin, Cameron, Kaylee, Brady, Jonathan and Angelina White; Jadyn and Ariah White; one sister Judy Faith Jackson of Princeton, WV.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Eric Stovall and Pastor Buster Kestner officiating.

Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Dan White, Russell White, Jackie Jackson, Jr., Bill Lewis, Bobby Ratliff, Tim Howell and Thomas Kinnamon.
