Marsella Elizabeth Lippert

Born on October 28, 1972 in Welch, W.V., she was the daughter of William Archie East of Tazewell, VA and the late Illona Elizabeth East.

Marsella was a 1990 graduate of Big Creek High School in War, WV. She graduated from Marshall University with a degree in Business Administration. She held various positions in restaurants and banks before becoming a full time mother. She was of Catholic faith.

Marsella was a caring and devoted mother; she enjoyed girl scouts and spending time with her children.

Marsella will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Emily Raquel Lippert and Lindsey Rose Lippert of Myrtle Beach, SC. Three sisters; Tammy Butcher and husband Darrin of Mount Hope, WV; Tina Zeigler and husband Jason of Oakdale, PA; Angel Stamper and husband Jackie of Coalwood, WV; one brother William “Boo” East and wife Bernice of Goldsboro, NC. One maternal grandmother; Helen Hamro of Richland, VA; several nieces and nephews; Jordan, Austin, Brady, Noah, Annabella, Illana, Tanner, Abram and Elise. Two special friends; Dave “Dave dad” and Mary “Lou Lou” Peters of Pittsburgh, PA.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Lawrence Hayes officiating. Family and friends may call one hour prior to service.
