Angela Gloria Ferrario

Angela G. (Actis) Ferrario, 95, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Giuseppi A. Ferrario. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Giuseppi and Maria (Giacoppa) Actis.

She was the devoted mother of Joseph Ferrario, David Ferrario, Cheryl Ferrario and Ann Evans; cherished grandmother of Billy Evans, Bobby Ferrario, Kyle Evans and Austin Evans; and loving great-grandmother of Alana and Weston. She was predeceased by her siblings, Joseph Actis, John Actis and Lucille Vucci.

Angela loved to cook and bowl. Her favorite activity was playing cards, like Yahtzee, which she played every Wednesday. To Angela, taking care of loved ones was more important than anything; she was so giving. Her house was the main place where everyone would gather, and she fed everyone who came by. Angela’s kindness, generosity, and gentle nature touched the lives of many. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 9-10:30 AM from the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in Saint Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
