Angela Paula Miller

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Elvira (Laurienzo) Coia.

Paula was a tenacious and successful radio ad Sales Executive, at WPRO for over 27 years, retiring at the age of 76. She enjoyed spending time with and cooking for her family. She was an avid golfer and tennis player, who also loved music and going out dancing on Friday nights.

She was the loving mother of Robyn Canavan and her husband Robert, Kristen Lasorsa and her husband Richard and Carol Ann Larsen and her husband Walter.

Cherished grandmother of Christopher Canavan, Courtney Pimenta, and Gabriella and Olivia Lasorsa. She was great grandmother to Cameron and Cru Canavan, and Alexis Pimenta.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 5-7 PM in the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11 am in St. Joseph Church, 1303 Mendon Road, Cumberland.

A Catholic burial will follow the Mass in St. Francis Cemetery, Smithfield Avenue, Pawtucket.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for Alzheimer’s research to St Jude Children's Hospital at www.stjude.org.
