

Born in Providence, Annmarie was a cherished daughter of the late Albert and Esther (Hammond) Pennachia.
She spent many beloved years in Taunton, Massachusetts, where she built a life filled with meaningful friendships. Those relationships were deeply treasured.
She dedicated many years of her life as a substance abuse counselor, offering guidance and hope to countless individuals before retiring. Her work reflected her deep compassion and unwavering commitment to helping others.
Annmarie had a warm and vibrant spirit. She loved playing cards, sharing laughter, and creating lasting memories with those closest to her.
A devoted Boston sports fan, she had a special love for the Boston Red Sox and never missed a chance to cheer them on. She also loved going out for breakfast; cherishing the connection, conversation, and sense of community each meal brought. Above all, her greatest joy was her family, whom she loved dearly.
She leaves behind her beloved son, Ralph Wilber; her treasured granddaughter, Jade Caldwell; and her adored great-granddaughter, Marlowe Caldwell. Annmarie was the loving sister of Albert Pennacchia, Edward Pennacchia, Paul Pennacchia, Albert Lauvers, Teresa Snyder, Eileen Campiano, and Roxann Davis, and was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Pennacchia. She is also survived by her extended family, including her siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, all of whom held a special place in her heart.
Family and friends are invited to honor Annmarie’s life during visitation and a memorial service on Wednesday January 14, 2026 from 4:00-6:30 p.m. at Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
Annmarie lived with an open heart, sharing kindness, joy, and love with everyone she met. She touched so many lives and will always be deeply missed.
