Antonio Perri

Antonio Perri, age 88, of South Kingstown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 28, surrounded by his family 2016 at the RI Veterans Home in Bristol.Born in Cranston, he was a son of the late John and Antonia (Guido) Perri.Before retirement, Mr. Perri along with his brother the late John Perri, ran their family business, John Perri and Sons for over fifty years.Mr. Perri also served his country during the Korean War with the Army in the Finance Corp.Mr. Perri earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bryant College.He was the loving father of Matthew Perri of NJ, Johanna Perri of MA, step-father of Dr. Kristine Cunniff of RI and Lawrence Silva of OR, brother of Elena Fenchel, Rosie Labriole both of RI and Grace Kent of NC. Antonio was the proud grandfather of Elliot Perri, Casey Curreri and Alex Cunniff. He was also the former husband of Kathleen Perri. He was married to the late Hope Perri and brother of the late John Perri, Mary Perri and the late Teresa Hicks.Tony's favorite activity was spending time with his children and grand children. He was also an avid fan of musical theater, enjoyed sing-a-longs at the family player piano, and trips to Florida. His funeral with visitation will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 9 am followed by a funeral service at 10 am in The Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home 142 Centerville Rd, Warwick. Interment will be held privately in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
