

Armand G. Gaudet, 94, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Brentwood Nursing Home. He was the loving husband of the late Evelyn A. (Mastrobuono) Gaudet. Born in Westerly, RI, he was a son of the late Darius G. and Anita (Saucier) Gaudet. He served his country proudly with the United States Army from 1940-1945 during World War II. Armand worked for Narragansett Brewery in the Bottling Department for 30 years prior to retiring. Mr. Gaudet was also an avid Boston Red Sox fan and was always willing to help those in need. He leaves his children, Denise Cappelli, and her companion, John Pagliaro, of West Warwick and David Gaudet, and his companion, Carol Harris, of Warwick; a brother Raymond W. Gaudet, and his wife, Elaine, of Warwick; three grandchildren, Martin Cappelli, Jr, Michael Gaudet, and Mandi Hogan; and two great grandsons, Dylan Cappelli and Grayson Gaudet. Armand was the brother of the late Jeannette Gaudet and Gertrude Burton. His funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 8:45 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am, in Saint Gregory the Great Church, 350 Cowesett Road, Warwick. Interment with military honors will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours will be on Monday, October 10, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
