I know this is a few years late.  Just Googled Art's name and the obituary came up first.  More needed to be said for Art.  He was terrific man to us  boys attending the Club in the early to late 60's.  I played basketball under him for a number of years.  He was a great coach.  Always sweeping the gym and if you came in he made you help.  Rest in Peace Art.

Arthur was a dedicated man who positively affected the lives of everyone he came in contact with.His welcoming smile lit up the room.He was always ready to assist anyone in need.He did the Lord's work and we are sure that Arthur in with Him now.

Bonanni family, My sincere sympathy to the family in your loss. Arthur was a great guy.

Wanskuck Boys and Girls Club capped off a life of service to others.

We now as adults can only hope to be as generous of our time,as you were for the many that you taught so many lessons to .. not only in sports but in all areas. Bonanni,
You were a very special part of all us kids growing up in the north end of Providence. You taught so may of us how to play sports and watched over us ro make sure we were doing the right thing. I will always remember you on the gym and sitting outside the club everyday.May you rest in peace and may perpetual light shine upin you as you begin a new journay. You will be missed by many.

He was a positive influence on so many young people.  He always had a smile.  He was a good person.

A mentor, friend and role model to generations of adolescents, Art will best be remembered for his caring nature as well as his commitment to the North End neighborhood. Rest in peace Arthur!

Your sadness will diminish but the pain will last. Just remember when you feel like there is a weight on your shoulder it's only Bonanni sitting there as your angel watching over you. May God grant you peace.
