Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Tomasso and Maria (Imbriarco) DeCesare. She had been the wife of the late Joseph H. Dean.
Mrs. Dean had worked for Romano Jewelry before retiring.
She was the beloved mother of Catherine B. Dean and Patricia A. Zbyszewski; grandmother of Andrew and Katelyn; sister of Dalia Fargnoli, Sue Graham and the late Nascienzo Vicchione, Esther Lonardo, Mary Gigliodoro and Rosalie Parkinson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
