Carter “Buzzy” Louis Velletri, 79, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020, at the Golden Crest Nursing Centre in North Providence. He was the husband of the late Grace (Viselli) Velletri.
Born in Providence, Carter was the son of the late Louis and Ruth (Donahue) Velletri.
He was employed as a Plumber before his retirement.
Carter was an accomplished fly fisherman, often demonstrating his skills to the nursing home staff. He always looked forward to opening day of fishing season.
Carter is survived by four sisters, Connie Alvares, Joy “Judy” Gabriele, Kim Velletri, Patience Velletri, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services were private.
