Claire Miner

Claire Theroux Miner, 84, of Shenandoah Rd, passed away November, 30 at RI Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Gerald J. Miner for over 50 years.Raised in West Warwick and later lived in Warwick. Daughter of the late Louis J. and Madeleine (Phaneuf) Theroux. Claire worked for Old Colony Bank as well as Old Stone Bank. She is survived by her children, Michael D. Miner and his wife Mary Louise of Glen Cove NY, Diane E. Mihailides and her husband George of Rehoboth MA, and Carolyn M. Higgins and her husband Michael of Warwick. She was the sister of Rev. Raymond C. Theroux, Pastor of St. John Vianney Church, Cumberland, Rev. Msgr. Paul D. Theroux, Pastor of Holy Apostles Church, Cranston, and the late Lucille J. Theroux of West Warwick. Loving grandmother of Erin, James, Lexi, Greg, Sarah, and Joseph, and great-grandmother of Sam and Lana. The funeral will be Monday, at 8:45 am, from The Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd (Rt117) Warwick. Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Gregory the Great Church,360 Cowesett Rd, Warwick, Burial in St. Ann Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
