Born in Providence, he also lived in Manville, Greenville, and Bradenton, FL. He was a chemist for Teknor-Apex until he retired in 1986. He was a Deacon and Treasurer of Roger Williams Baptist Church, and a WWII Army veteran.
Besides his wife of 36 years, he is survived by his son David, and his son Steven and his wife Brenda, and their daughters Andrea and her husband Mike Vargas, Laura and her husband Dan Brockway, and Dianna. He is also survived by 2 stepsons, David and Robert Marzocchi, and by his sister, Irene Marsella.
A memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, December 23rd, at Greenville Baptist Church, 582 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the RI Food Bank at rifoodbank.org.
