Dolores Lee Sr

Dolores L. Sroka, 84, of Providence and Narragansett, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at South County Hospital. She was the wife of the late Joseph Sroka.Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Omer and Agnes (Duble) David.Dolores worked as a packer for the Monet Jewelry Company for several years, retiring in 1999.Mrs. Sroka enjoyed arts and crafts, participating in bingo games, and attended weekly bowling. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family.She leaves her four sons, David Sroka, of Pawtucket, Robert Sroka, of Providence, Kenneth Goldsmith, of Cumberland, and Nathan Goldsmith, of Providence; three daughters, Dolores Lariviere, of Pawtucket, Diane Murray, of Narragansett, and Dorothy O'Brien, of Hopkinton; eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and her sister, Dorothy Elie, of Central Falls. She was the sister of the late Henry David, Jeannette David, Theresa Barboza, and Julie Gibblin.Dolores' funeral service will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 11:00 am, in the Redwood Chapel of the Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Boulevard, Providence.
