Donald LaButti, 92, passed away February 5, 2015. He was the husband of the late Dorothy M. (Larson) LaButti for 56 years; father of John J. and Donald J. LaButti and Janice A. Lambert; grandfather of 6; great-grandfather of 6; predeceased by 6 siblings and survived by 1 sister, Norma Lejeune.
Donald was a very generous and honorable man, filled with integrity. He was a World War II Army Veteran and had worked for Bonanza Bus Lines for 42 years. Donald was also the owner of Trinity Liquors since 1958 until his passing.
Visitation Sunday, 3-6 p.m. with his funeral Monday at 10 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beacon Hospice, 1 Catamore Blvd., East Providence, RI 02914.
