Thinking of Earl this holiday season. Missing his good advice and sense of humor. 

Earl was our tenant in a residential/professional property, so we were neighbors. I thought to look him up because we still get his mail occasionally. He gave my wife and I a signed copy of his book Perspectives and I still read it. One of the last poems was about a windsurfer (and I windsurf!) so it really hit home (how many people write poems about windsurfing?). RIP Earl, we'll see you again.

To Earl's Family & Friends, I met Earl when I first joined the R.I.Short Story Club many years ago. He played a cute joke on me. I never forgot his humor and bright smile. He was always in a pleasant mood. I often gave him a ride home after our meetings, when he lived in Prov. He was a gentle man and always had a smile and sometimes a joke ! I will miss his sweet ways and his compassion. God rest his soul. May he rest in peace.. My sincere condolences to his family and dear friends. Always, Marie Russian

Earl was a friend to many and an advocate for the common man. He served his country and the people of Rhode Island well in his years of political life and military service. Many fond memories of times in East Providence, DC, and South County. He was a gentleman with a big heart and a love for music, poetry and the arts. He will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.

Dear Friends, It wasn't too many years ago that our family met Earl for the first time. He and my mother were both related to Theresa Pasbach. From then on he came faithfully to our summer family reunions on Great Island bringing with him his poetry, kindness and humor. We enjoyed him very much and will miss him, but we will continue to read and enjoy his poetry. Much love, Sally Anderson

It was wonderful to have Earl join our annual summer family reunions. He became a part of our whole family for these last few years and we will remember him always as a delightful, cheery gentleman whose company we all enjoyed. Happy trails, Earl !

My mother knew Earl from his visits to the Smithfield Town Hall. The rest of the family connected with him several years after her death. He attended Anderson family reunions during the last few years, and his poetry readings were always a welcome addition - along with the sing-alongs headed by my Uncle Ralph Anderson and my cousin Sally Anderson. He will be missed.

My father-in-law, Ralph Anderson, was a cousin of Earls. They did not meet until later in life, but felt like they had known each other forever. They enjoyed the rare occasions when they met up. They are enjoying being with each other again, with Ralph singing old songs and Earl reciting poetry.

I have nothing but pleasant memories of Earl. We collaborated on several cases,and He assisted me in my work with the Pro- Life defense work. I also had the pleasure Of playing tennis with him, and getting Whipped every time! And in these last few Years of his life, we enjoyed some great Jazz at Bovi's, and a number of meals at Angelo's. He will be missed dearly.

Dear Family of Earl Pasbach, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Earl was a wonderful man, so full of joie de vivre and a tender heart that knew no bounds. I thank God for the short time I knew Earl in the Rhode Island Short Story Club. He will be sadly missed. Blessings to Earl's family and to the members of the RISSC.
