Francesco Daniele

Francesco “Franco” Daniele, 89, of Cedar Street, Johnston passed away June 30, 2022 in Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the husband of Vincenza (Passaretti) Daniele. This October, they would have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.

Born in Italy, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Elisa (Ortelli) Daniele.

Franco worked in the jewelry industry for many years before retiring. He also worked as a cook at Angelo’s Restaurant on Federal Hill.

He was the father of Patricia Achille and her companion John Vitucci and Mario Frank Daniele and his wife Donna; grandfather of Mario Anthony and Brianna Daniele and William and Jessica Achille and great grandfather of Emelyn Daniele and Gavin Achille. He was also the brother of the late Mario, Giuseppe, Augusto and Michelina Daniele.

His funeral with visitation will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 8:30 am in the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence.
