George H. Ebner, 73, passed away May 9, 2016. He was the husband of Betty Ann (Ranieri) Ebner; son of the late George and Louise (Martino) Ebner; father of Karen A. Ebner, Kristin A. Ebner, Kimberly A. Santosuosso and her husband John and George L. Ebner and his wife Christine; grandfather of Brady, Giovanni, Dante, Elliot and Jameson. He also leaves his sidekick Poppi.
Mr. Ebner had served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
Visitation will be held Wednesday 4-7 p.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 9 a.m. in the Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Division of Development & The Jimmy Fund, 10 Brookline Place West, Floor 6, Brookline MA 02445-9924.
