Harrison, George Richard "Dick" age 71 of Johnston, passed away on December 13, 2010 at RI Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Patricia J. (Gill) Harrison for over 46 years.. Born in North Providence, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Doris L. (Ewart) Harrison. Before retirement, Mr. Harrison was employed with Portland Transmission for many years. He was the father of Kevin R. Harrison-Lombardi, Darryl D., Mark R., Dawn M., and Kimberly A. Harrison, Barbara A. Suchite and Pamala S. Pike. He was the brother of Raymond Harrison, Doris Villandry, Marion Sidoti and the late Charles and Arthur Harrison. He was the grandfather of Clinton, Jr., Joslyn, Nicole, Kevin, Jr., Joshua, Jacob, Stephanie, Danielle, Chelsea, Anthony, Karissa, Kayla and Eamon, and great-grandfather of Clinton, III, Robert, Bree-Anna, Shelby, Adriana, Hayley, Anthony, Jr., Isaiah, Gisselle, Isabella, Cody, Laylo and Jaylin. His funeral will be held on SATURDAY at 9am from The RUSSELL J. BOYLE & SON Funeral Home 331 Smith St., PROVIDENCE, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Patrick Church, Providence.
