Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Thomas and Helen (Piacente) Ranallo; husband of Paula (Tine) Ranallo; brother of Thomas Ranallo and wife Antonette, Linda Moore and husband Edward. He also leaves nieces and nephews.
Greg worked as a master plumber.
