

Jane G. Lewis, 64, of Silent Drive, beloved wife of Dr. Peter J. Lewis for forty-three years, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Meriden, Connecticut, and raised in Wallingford, Connecticut, she was a resident of Warwick for the past thirty-eight years. She was a daughter of the late Edmund and Florence (Kusak) Glazewski. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Elementary Education, she taught in Willingboro, New Jersey, Nursery School at Happy Hearts in East Greenwich, worked as a realtor for Residential Properties, and for the past eleven years was the office manager for her husband's practice in Warwick. Most importantly she was a wonderful wife and mother to her family. In addition to her husband Peter, she leaves her sons, Ryan C. Lewis, and his wife Tara (McGinn) Lewis, Matthew M. Lewis, and Michael P. Lewis; a brother, Edmund Glazewski, and his wife Kate (Ford) Glazewski, and two nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning, at 10:00 am, in Saint Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick, to which relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
