

North KingstownJean H. (Spearman) Reilly, 67, of North Kingstown, died suddenly Wednesday at Naples Community Hospital, North Collier, Florida. She was the beloved wife of Philip G. Reilly (Ret.F.B.I.). They had been married forty -four years. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John and Helen (Springer) Spearman, Jean lived in North Kingstown for the past thirty years. Mrs. Reilly was a registered nurse for many years and worked in several facilities including Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester, MA, Wickford Middle School, and the Visiting Nurses of Rhode Island. She was a 1958 graduate of Saint Xavier Academy, Providence, and a 1961 graduate of the Saint Vincent School of Nursing, Worcester. Jean was a Eucharistic Minister, C.C.D. instructor, parish nurse, and communicant of Saint Bernard Church, North Kingstown. Beside her husband Phil, she leaves two daughters, Elizabeth "Beth" Reilly, Margaret "Meg" McGrady and her husband Mark; three sons, Stephen J. Reilly and his wife Christina, Paul G. Reilly and his wife Julie, Patrick T. Reilly (Det.R.I.S.P.) and his wife Nicole, and sixteen grandchildren; Thomas, Briana, Brian, Caitlyn, Rachel, Emily, Michael, Nathan, Molly, Kristin, Claire, Brandon, Aidan, Kylie, Sara, and Gabriel. She was a sister of the late John "Jack" Spearman. The funeral will be held Wednesday, at 8:30 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, (Rt117) Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Bernard Church, 415 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown. Burial will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Tuesday, 4 - 8 pm.
