John was the owner of Hartford Liquors of Providence for many years. He enjoyed boating, riding his motorcycle, spending time at the beach and traveling to Florida.
John will be sadly missed by his loving family, friends and all who knew him.
He was father of the late Jason J. Izzo.
He leaves behind his sister, Siena J. Izzo, his brother Joseph G. Izzo. He was also the brother of the late Carl J. Izzo and cherished companion of Diana Picozzi.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Catholic Service on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Redwood Chapel of Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence. Burial will be private.
