He was the son of the late Ralph and Stella (Martino) Piccirilli; husband of the late Palma (Montuori) Piccirilli; father of Estelle Votta, Jo-Ann Campagnone and Carol Cascella; grandfather of 5; great-grandfather of 7; brother of Nazareth “Nat” Piccirilli, Rose Bosco and the late Mary Grossi, Anthony and Joseph Piccirilli.
Mr. Piccirilli was a building contractor and owner of Piccirilli Construction Co.
Papa John will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Visitation and funeral services will be held Tuesday, 9-10:30 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 a.m. in The Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Please omit flowers.
