Dear Denise and John,
We just found out yesterday that your dad passed away and are incredibly sad about it.  We'd like to offer our condolences.  John as you know was not just our neightbor but one of our dad's closest friends. We have lots of good memories of them hanging out in the yard and helping each other out.  He definitely is chatting away with Mario up in heaven these days.  May God comfort you and bring you peace.
