Born in Cranston, he was the beloved son of Joseph M. Narciso, Sr., and the late Cynthia B. (Sweet) Narciso.
Joseph was a graduate of Mount Pleasant High School and was employed over the years at Electric Boat and Lowe’s, where he was known for his strong work ethic and reliability.
Joseph was a devoted sports fan who loved all Boston teams, especially the New England Patriots and Boston Celtics. He also proudly supported the Providence College Friars.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his sister, Joann Narciso; his nephew and niece, Cody Narciso and Kim Fortes; and his great-nieces and great-nephew, Alcide Narciso, Kiyomi Narciso, and Mariah Fortes. He was deeply loved by his family and will be remembered for his loyalty and quiet strength.
His visitation will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence, followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
