Warwick: Lapierre, Josephine, (D'Amore), 93, formerly of Barren Hill Drive, passed away on Monday at the Brentwood Nursing Home in Warwick. She was the wife of the late Wilfred A. Lapierre for 62 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Augustus and Sophia (Caito) D'Amore. Josephine worked for the State of Rhode Island School Lunch Program at Oakland Beach School for 10 years. She is survived by her two sons, Gerald D. Lapierre of Warwick and Donald E. Lapierre of Cranston, two grandchildren, Brian D. Lapierre and Karla C. Mass, and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her four brothers and five sisters. Her funeral and visitation will be held on Monday at 8:30am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd., Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am in St. Kevin Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
