WARWICK - REYNOLDS, Joyce H., 79, formerly of Eagle Run, died Saturday at Steere House. She was the wife of the late John M. Reynolds. Born in West Warwick, the daughter of the late Earl R. and Dorothy (Kenyon) Handy, she lived in the Cowesett neighborhood in Warwick most of her life. Mrs. Reynolds had been active in the Narragansett Bay Quillters Association, and was a member and supporter of the New England Quilt Museum. She had attended Pembroke College. She is survived by her daughters, Ann R. Ericson of Richmond, Martha R. McVeigh of West Warwick, and Mary Beth Reynolds of Providence, and a brother Carter G. Handy of Hope. She was the sister of the late John R. Handy. Her funeral will be Wednesday at 9am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd., Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4-8pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Steere House, 100 Borden St., Providence, RI 02903 in her memory will be appreciated.
