

Pelkey, Judy Helena., 58, of Post Road, died Sunday at home. She was the wife of David R. Pelkey.Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George K. and Ruth (Sarkisian) Adoian.Judy worked as an Account Representative at Intel Corporation, Independent Bookkeeper for Numerous RI small businesses, including Sophia Academy she also was a volunteer for the RI Department of Corrections Women's Mentoring Program, Past member of the City of Cranston Juvenile Hearing Board, Benefactor of the William Hall Library, Professional Photographer and a past member Armenian Youth Federation. Judy loved Rhode Island, her boat the Alley Yukon, and her Edgewood neighborhood in particular.Besides her husband she leaves her daughter Laura Marie Pelkey of San Francisco and a son Spc. David George Pelkey US Army stationed at Ft. Carson Colorado, a sister Cynthia O. Adoian of Warren.Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother George Adoian.Her funeral services will be held on Friday at 9:45 from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence.
