Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home

Linda (Izzi) Dias, age 69, passed away June 28, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur Dias.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Doris M. Sullivan and Vincent A. Izzi.

She worked at Butler Hospital for many years. Linda has a love for her family and her friends, but always had a special love for the beach. She had a smile that we will never forget.

She was the loving sister of Karenlee M. Lebeau with whom she resided and Debra Champagne and her husband, Gerald Champagne; adored sister in law of Edward Lebeau and Mary Jane Auber; cherished aunt of Samantha M. Atella and her husband Anthony, Matthew C. Lebeau, and Jennifer Champagne; and great-aunt of Holden C. Atella. She also leaves many close friends and friends she considered family.

Her visitation will be held Wednesday July 3, 2024 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. in the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 92 Hope St, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the RI Blood Center, a cause which was dear to her heart. https://www.ribc.org/ or Butler Hospital Memory and Aging Program, https://www.butler.org/memory
