Loretta M. Carlos of 193 Forest Avenue, Middletown passed away on November 26, 2007. Born in Fall River, Ma on July 4, 1912, daughter of the late Charles Davis and Mary Toomey Davis. She had previously lived in Providence, Johnston, Little Compton, Jamestown, and Greenville, South Carolina.She was preceeded by her husband William J. Carlos, Esquire, a sister Irene Campbell and a brother Charles Davis.She is survived by Brian Carlos and daughter-in-law, Janice Brady of Portsmouth, Kevin P. Carlos and daughter-in-law, Lisa Carlos, grandson Eric Carlos of Newport, daughter Colleen Smyth of Jamestown, grandchildren Christopher Smyth and Heather Smyth, great-grandson, Christopher Smyth Jr. of Louisville, Kentucky, grandchildren, Priscilla Thayer and Thomas Thayer and great-granddaughter, Aquinnah Thayer of Portsmouth.
