East GreenwichMessier, Margaret, 86, of South Shore Apartments, Sixth Avenue, died Friday at the home of her daughter, Linda Gilmette. She was the wife of the late Frederick C. Messier. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Rafael and Thersiana (Pitochelli) DiSano, she had lived in East Greenwich for many years. Mrs. Messier was a Certified Nursing Assistant in various nursing homes throughout Rhode Island, as well as several private residences, before retiring. She leaves a daughter; Linda Gilmette, and her partner, Jamie L. Rocchio, a son; Peter R. Gilmette, two brothers; Benjamin and John DiSano, four grandchildren; James and Kristen Normandin, Diane Noonan, Matthew Gilmette, and a great-grandson, Justin P. Morris. She was a sister of the late Ralph, Philip, and Ernest DiSano, Anna Scott, Elvira Schimmel and Rose Burt. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, at 10:00 am, in the Russell J.
