Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Frances (Fazio) Calabro.
Marie was the mother of John Cafaro and his wife Nancy and Robert Cafaro and his wife Lorraine; grandmother of John, Jr., Robert, Jr. and Brandon; sister of the late Helen Marasco and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private. VISITATION WEDNESDAY 4-7 PM. www.romanofuneralhome.com.
