Born in Dighton, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Margaret (Silva) Furtado.
She was the loving mother of Wayne T. Caruolo and his wife Babette and grandmother of Griffin and Rollin. She was also the sister of Richard Furtado and the late Henry and Arnold Furtado.
Her artistic legacy lives on through her vibrant, expertly crafted embroidery and love.
Her funeral will be held Friday, June 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM from the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian at 11:00 AM in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial to follow in R.I. Veteran Cemetery, Exeter. VISITATION THURSDAY 4-7 PM.
