Warwick Peter G. Wells, 65, of Brinton Avenue, died Thursday evening, January 10, 2013, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center, with his beloved spouse, Rosemary Reddington, by his side. Peter and Rosemary had been together for thirty-two years. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, he was a son of the late Joseph and Adelaide (Hawks) Wells. Peter was employed by Stop & Shop, Quaker Lane, West Warwick, for the past ten years, and was well known by his customers and co-workers. Previously, Peter was an independent long haul truck driver most of his life. He also served honorably in the United States Navy, and was a friend of Bill W. Beside his spouse Rosemary, he leaves many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, from 1 - 4 pm, with a prayer service at 3:00 pm, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, (Rt117) Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 in his memory will be appreciated.
