Phoungeun “Tom” Inyavong, 69, of Providence, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023. He was the beloved husband of the late Moui Ou. He was survived by his children Oley Sisoukrath, Madta Ou, and Prany Ou, and his four grandchildren Rithea Ou, Natalie Ou, Andy Xayachack and Armani Phan.
A visitation for Phoungeun will be held Friday, April 7, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Russell J Boyle and Son Funeral Homes, 331 Smith St., Providence, Rhode Island 02908. A funeral service will occur Saturday, April 8, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 331 Smith St., Providence. Cremation will follow at Swan Point Crematory, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence.
