North Providence: Corry, Robert J. Sr., "Bobby", 68, of Oregon Ave, passed away Tuesday at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, Ct. He was the husband of Linda A. ( Barry) Corry for 48 years.He was born in Providence, a son of the late James J. and Etta C. (Woodlock) Corry.Bobby was a master electrician for IBEW Local 99. He was a member of the Providence Lodge of Elks, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the Sons of St. Patrick of Capitol Hill. He served in the RI Army National Guard for 6 years.Besides his wife he is survived by his three sons, Robert J. Corry, Jr., James J. Corry and Steven T. Corry, two sisters, Barbara A. Jolin and Patricia A. McGee and six grandchildren.His funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:45 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St., Providence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am in St. Patrick Church, 244 Smith St., Providence. Entombment will be in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
