Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Harold Sr. and Josephine (Spinella) Farrell; brother of Mildred, James and Harold Jr. and the late Edward, Thomas, Michael and Joseph; dear friend of William “Billy” Ricci and his wife Kimberly and their children Kareena, Katiana and Kasondra.
Funeral services and burial with Military Honors will be private at the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
